How are priority points for selecting exhibit space determined?

Cultivate priority points are used to help determine the order in which exhibitors can select their booth space and location. Here are the factors:

  • Based on past exhibit history. 10 points per 10'x10' booth space per consecutive year. Retroactive to Cultivate'14.
  • Based on AmericanHort membership. 2 points per year. Retroactive to Cultivate'14.
  • Based on Cultivate sponsorship. 2 points per $1,000. Retroactive to Cultivate'14.

Who do I contact for general questions?

Our Exhibits Team is available to answer any question you have. Call 614-487-1117 to contact Sherry, Tracy, or Ashley.

Can exhibit staff attend educational sessions?

There is only one good: knowledge, and one evil: ignorance. In an effort to combat this evil, we've included educational session vouchers for each registered exhibiting staff. Not enough? Pop on over to our registration page (registration opens March 7, 2017) and give the gift of an All Access pass.

How big is Cultivate?

Depends on how you look at it. There are 9 acres of trade show with over 700 exhibitors. There are over 100 educational sessions, nearly 10,000 attendees, and 7 in-depth learning workshops and tours. Attendees come from nearly every continent (over 20 countries) and from across the spectrum of horticulture. As far as the potential of all of these attendees and all of these opportunities — that's limitless.

Who attends Cultivate?

Cultivate is for every professional involved in some aspect of horticulture. Opportunities, education, and exhibitors cover everyone from landscapers to interior plantscapers, greenhouses to nurseries, retailers to educators, students, and researchers. Cultivate's claim to fame is uniting the industry. Isn't that something you want to be a part of?
